History

The creation of Mindcap

In 2018 Natacha, who is one of our founders, was on maternity leave spending time with her baby girl Saga. Natacha and Saga were enjoying the time together as well as the warmer breeze the spring sometimes can give you in the Nordics. Living close to the water as well as in an area there is restful good friends tends to come by to enjoy a cup of coffee. During all these coffees more and more good friends and acquaintances told Natacha that they were on sick leave due to stress. Most were off work for a few weeks. Two close friends were home for more than 7 months. Its frustrated Natacha a lot that her friends was in that situation. and then when Natacha was sitting with her “mother’s group” more of them told, that they didn’t plan to return to their employer, they were not motivated and didn’t feel any kind of support, interest what so ever in them as persons nor to the case that they had got a kid. Many of the mentioned friends started to see a psychologist.

Natacha wanted to do something about this and sat down with her husband Mikkel who is a tech-nerd and also one of our founders. They decided to find out how and what they could do to make work more meaningful. That started interviews with psychologist, psychiatrist, coaches as well as reading the latest science within the field. MINDCAP was now under the making … and is now an AI powered wellbeing & performance platform empowering meaningful everyday actions.

WE truly believe in the mindset

Learn About our way of working

Home to passionated people

Mindcap is the home to passionate people with brilliant minds and big hearts. We strongly believe in making work joyful and meaningful – for you, for me, for the community.

We have eachothers back and sharish the support from others to help us grow and learn. We firmly believe in compassion and empathy, and we work to bring our heart into play in every decision we make.

We pursue humanizing people development and insist on limiting waste, no bullshit meetings without agendas, no pseudo work. We only want value adding hours and meaningful work.

Being our true self

We believe in being our true self at work and children are more than welcome in the office. Pausing and restitution are cornerstones in high performance, so of course we offer a 4 day workweek. Do you wish to work from Spain during the summer-time, let’s do the math and find the best solution so you are more than able to do so.

We don’t just drink cocktails but prioritize time together which means we spend time together in different settings such as a trip out and sailing, climbing trees, bouldering and much more.

Be curious

We are curious and therefore always asking open questions and listen actively to learn more about people and to be able to create even better notes.

Lead With Trust

We trust each other because we know each other. Not just as colleagues but as humans. We invest in our relations through team trips and curiosity. We trust that you deliver results and raise your voice when you need help.

Live & Work With Freedom

We believe in results. Whether they are delivered from your home, a cafe, a co-working space or the office is less important. Flexibility is freedom in your (work)life.

Be Courageous

We strive to always be courageous. To say out loud the crazy thoughts, look into the future, and to take a chance on a new idea. That is how we stay the best.

Welcome to image alignment! The best way to demonstrate the ebb and flow of the various image positioning options is to nestle them snuggly among an ocean of words. Grab a paddle and let’s get started.

On the topic of alignment, it should be noted that users can choose from the options of NoneLeftRight, and Center. In addition, they also get the options of ThumbnailMediumLarge & Fullsize.

Image Alignment 580x300

The image above happens to be centered.

Image Alignment 150x150The rest of this paragraph is filler for the sake of seeing the text wrap around the 150×150 image, which is left aligned.

As you can see the should be some space above, below, and to the right of the image. The text should not be creeping on the image. Creeping is just not right. Images need breathing room too. Let them speak like you words. Let them do their jobs without any hassle from the text. In about one more sentence here, we’ll see that the text moves from the right of the image down below the image in seamless transition. Again, letting the do it’s thang. Mission accomplished!

And now for a massively large image. It also has no alignment.

Image Alignment 1200x400

The image above, though 1200px wide, should not overflow the content area. It should remain contained with no visible disruption to the flow of content.

Image Alignment 300x200

And now we’re going to shift things to the right align. Again, there should be plenty of room above, below, and to the left of the image. Just look at him there… Hey guy! Way to rock that right side. I don’t care what the left aligned image says, you look great. Don’t let anyone else tell you differently.

In just a bit here, you should see the text start to wrap below the right aligned image and settle in nicely. There should still be plenty of room and everything should be sitting pretty. Yeah… Just like that. It never felt so good to be right.

And just when you thought we were done, we’re going to do them all over again with captions!

Image Alignment 580x300
Look at 580×300 getting some caption love.

The image above happens to be centered. The caption also has a link in it, just to see if it does anything funky.

Image Alignment 150x150
Itty-bitty caption.

The rest of this paragraph is filler for the sake of seeing the text wrap around the 150×150 image, which is left aligned.

Image Alignment 1200x400
Massive image comment for your eyeballs.

The image above, though 1200px wide, should not overflow the content area. It should remain contained with no visible disruption to the flow of content.

Image Alignment 300x200
Feels good to be right all the time.

And now we’re going to shift things to the right align. Again, there should be plenty of room above, below, and to the left of the image. Just look at him there… Hey guy! Way to rock that right side. I don’t care what the left aligned image says, you look great. Don’t let anyone else tell you differently.

And that’s a wrap, yo! You survived the tumultuous waters of alignment. Image alignment achievement unlocked!
